GVTucker, re MD's ownership: it appears MD needs to hire an estate tax attorney from this board to help solve his estate tax problems? should MD die (untimely), shareholders would witness a lot more trouble without the planning (selling shares) than would otherwise be the case. is it not better to sell now and plan than do nothing in order to appease a few internet based shareholders? many CEOs choose not to plan (Bass Brothers were an example of no planning - U.S. Govt. took the sons to court to retreive $450 million in estate taxes - nearly destroyed the company short term)
