Paul,

As mentioned previously, the DOW was strong enough today but needs to close at the intraday highs.

Interesting to note that the intraday rally in the NDX did not produce a higher high above Friday's highs. And the SOX is still producing LOWER LOWS and LOWER HIGHs on the 5-minute charts. Of course that could change on a dime, but for now thats the case.
