these prices in europe are now at the highs for the year.....higher than the ipo price......the only thing i can think of is the complex structure surronding plco,plcop,plcow is confusing things for us....5.5 million shares stated for the company ............ 394 characters

Chris - Thanks. On PLCOW: I bought some for my wife's Fidelity account. Do you know of any call provision that would suddenly or unexpectedly require us to come up with $5 per warrant to turn the PLCOWs into PLCOPs?

Jim,
The PLCOP does NOT include PLCOW attached & the PLCOP conversion is NOT automatic, I think you have 2 years with which to inform your broker to go forward with the coversion after the December 29 date...

That's for sure...remember the PLCO is the foundation with which the PLCOP & PLCOW should prosper...it's important to make the PLCO common part of your strategy...for me I thinks it's best to own some of the action in all 3...PLCO-PLCOP-PLCOW...I ............ 378 characters

PLCO market capitalization of........$5,500,000

Well the way I look at it is if PLCO makes a run at the strike price PLCOP should make the same run roughly proportionate to 6x...now if PLCOP makes a proportionate run PLCOW "should" make the biggest percentage gain of all as outlined in ............ 902 characters

Doesn't it make more sense to just buy the PLCOP and skip the conversion fee with the warrants?
Another concern is the dilution at the end of this year once PLCOP holders start to convert ............ 300 characters

You know the PLCOW are just getting too cheap these days...had to buy some, I wonder if the market knows they convert to a preferred, not a common share......

I think the problem here is that this stock just takes a lot more calculating out than your average stock what with PLCO-PLCOP-PLCOW, retail, euro, internet ect...a co-worker & I have spent many a lunch hour (and some non-lunch hour ............ 554 characters
