8/28/00, 1:41:00 PM -- update
INTC just announced a recall on chips, and has dropped over 1 point since then, they are saying no material impact on earnings at this point, but sellers took us down anyway.
On the flip side very little is happening on the dealer end of the equation. as this is more local dominated trade.
