EMC Split
I don't believe EMC has enough authorized shares for a split. A vote of the stockholders would be required to increase the authorized share count.

Dear Tony: Your watching the screen too much. Look at it this way, I got a 100 shares, I gotta distribute them equally to each of 3,000 other shares. I double them to 6,000 shares but I still only got those 100 shares to distribute. Now whaddya think is going to happen? JDN
