<Excuse me Mr Chen, but the question had to do with weather or not P4 was being made on 0.18u or 0.25u process, it had nothing whatsoever to do with P3 C0 stepping, or anything having to do with P3/866 at all. Please try to pay more attention in the future, and stay on topic.>

You are not excused, Mr. SemiConeng. Although the
original question was very narrow and indeed about
P4, you brought the idea that it is not wise to bring
up a new processor on new _process_. The publication I
mentioned stated that Intel has not enough confidence
in the 0.18 _process_ and makes current P4 on 0.25u.
These two piece on information, outdated or not,
have led me to assert that the 0.18u _process_ is
not stable enough and still slipping, and the
lack of C-0 parts on the market is some proof of
that. Therefore it is you who are suffering from
attention deficit disorder if you fail to link more
than two logical chains together.
(I intentionally outlined the keyword _process_
in the above essay, to concentrate your attention
on what could be common between P3, C0, and P4).

And even if the Chipzilla "has ordered" something,
it does not necessarily mean that it will be
timely accomplished: Slap-1.13G-slap :)

BTW, you can call me simply Dr."Chen" :)
