What makes you think you are any better than what you accuse the person in question of? You constantly post all this Bearish stuff from all these different types of analysts and economists, and when someone tries to present a bullish alternative, you merely dismiss it with the phrase, "I disagree", as if the person is some sort of "Clown" who shouldn't be taken seriously.

I'm not saying you shouldn't post it. Go right ahead. This is an open forum. Personally, I enjoy reading it. But you present it sometimes as Gospel when in point of fact it is only one of many interpretations and you don't defend it when questioned.

Your a big boy, George, so I'm a little surprised at you. You should know by now that most people have an Agenda, whether it be Bullish, Bearish, Democratic, Republican, Moral Majority, Jewish, Hindu, Moslem, Environmentalist, Liberal, Conservative, Centrist, GATA, PLO, Zionist, IRA, Gold, Free Choice, US Dollar, Reason, Political Correctness, or what have you. I could go on and on with all the agendas people have.

So, what is so unusual here? People either form their own independent judgements or they follow the advice of another? Sometimes, it is a combination of both.

PS The bottom line in regard to these threads is what you learn so you can maximize profit and broaden your horizons.

Actually two weeks ago, August 14th to be accurate;

"Just another bullish opinion from a pro-gold website. I guess we will have to wait to see who is right. Besides, making future predictions is just an amusing hobby, I'd rather be making money today ! "

> the comment that it came from a pro gold site and was (by implication) therefore not to be taken seriously

Did not imply anything, just clearly stated pro-gold sites tend to publish tons of bullish gold predictions and nothing negative.
That appears what most gold investors want to read, only opinions that support their case, so it is just good product marketing.
As I said above, I am more interested in making money than making predictions or writing verbose articles.
