Stefaan,

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough. It would be advantageous for the holders to reset the conversion price to a lower price, and they are now in position to do so. Depending on the deal, there are some other aspects of the conversion to negotiate. This resetting of the price often coincides with a long term bottom and ONE good rally.

Good move dumping. I'm saying it may soon be time to reenter for a short to intermediate term position trade. But playing death spirals is esoteric and takes a lot of attention. If you no longer trust management (did you dump more than you owned?), well, this has to do with harnessing their UNtrustworthiness just as unemotionally as when you dumped. You remember SI poster Braveheart? This is his kind of play. I guess I'll shop it to him. Just thought I'd give you and Nigel a heads up, since y'all once seemed interested.

Cheers, Tuck
