Cirrus,

Intel should keep the marketing department away from the P4 and let the engineers do their job.

Given that first silicon was this year, a reasonable time frame for introduction would be late Q2, 2001.

Somehow I don't see that happening.

I dunno but here's a fact. With Willy coming out at 1.4 Ghz and Coppermine at only 1 Ghz for the next few months, Intel has a gaping hole (1.4ghz-1ghz=400 Mhz)in their segmented product line big enough to drive a herd of T-birds and Mustangs through.
