Not a big surprise, I guess: AT&T (T) 30 3/4 -5/16: -- Update -- Restates Q1 operational net to $0.48 per share (from $0.53). Restates Q2 operational net to $0.53 per share (from $0.57). The restatements and the forward guidance stem from consolidating Excite@Home (ATHM) into AT&T. AT&T (T) 30 3/4 -5/16: -- Update -- Q3 operating EPS target lowered to $0.35-$0.38 versus First Call estimate of $0.41. AT&T (T) 30 3/4 -5/16: -- Update -- Company lowers EPS guidance by $0.01-$0.02 on an annual basis. First Call's FY00 estimate is currently $1.89.
