shares, what else? In fact, there are so many that they are being sold all day long.. and if that is not enough, they open the aftermarket gambling hall.

odb,

I visited the link you provided and collected the following facts from the last 10Q filed by COPY:

1: Total assets up 1.6MM in last Q.

2: Liabilities up 300K in last Q.

3: Sales were 700K last quarter. Compared to zero.

4: Outstanding shares up 5MM in last Q, to 63MM, which adds up to a market cap of 71MM.

5: COPY is burning cash at around 2.2MM per Q.

6: Accumulated deficit of around 57MM since 1982.

7: In 3Q 1999 COPY lost 3MM on zero sales, in 1Q 2000, they lost 2.5MM on 700K sales.

No opinion, just facts from company generated unaudited report.

Have fun,
Phil

COPY is the centerpiece of Herb Greenberg's "Garbage Index" (other stocks are PRST, VLNC, CORL, MYGN, HOWT, ORG, ZICA, DVNT and SRCM). By way of introduction, Greenberg said of it:

"CopyTele ... bills itself as a development-stage enterprise whose principal activity is developing, producing and marketing a telephone-based product utilizing its own patented E-Paper technology copy. It's also one of the longest-running jokes among short-sellers .... I included it (in the Garbage Index) because if it [rises], you know some kind of top is near."
