this is not curmudgeonly [forgiveness from the elder is sought here] but very nice post, heckawa49. Important lessons from you, and from ctb/A... and while your post does, however, makes me feel i'm intellectually inadequate even on this thread, i do take consolation in knowing that i rule at the mantra. (see prior cA posts for confirmation) "vacation" is the usual solid investment year after year, but "April in Italy" would have been wildly speculative this year until very shortly before the event. "vacation" for me this weekend was 3 nights in a coleman tent, with the nosmo fam. Italy sounds nice, too. cnk@wouldn'thavetradeditfortheworld.tho
