Where do you get the time?--- I'm just now reading Walden Pond.. I have to stop every few sentences and think for a long time.. I find that I have felt every thing that he mentions. PS: Nice bit on the Sudan today. I can see clearly why the Yanks promote getting along with these guys..

Heinz, I agree with you on Phillip K. Dick's brilliance as a writer. Speaking of great fiction in a similar vein, have you ever read _The Crying of Lot 49_ by Thomas Pynchon or _CivilWarLand in Bad Decline_ by George Saunders?
