Carl, I don't handicap legal battles, of course. From the press release, Micron seems to be following the Hitachi outline, but beyond that, who knows? I'll have to wait for some real reporting. Delaware is a somewhat strange choice of venue, but then Virginia or where ever Rambus filed against Infineon was odd too. Again, we'll just have to wait and see. I somewhat doubt anybody is going to roll over and play dead for Rambus anytime soon, though. Cheers, Dan.
