<<One of the clothing items that I kept from my youth is
an Arrow Madras plaid shirt, Size L, Tapered. A separate
label says "Guaranteed to Bleed". It's hard to imagine
now that such a concept was ever popular, even if briefly.>>

Oh my God, do you still have some of your diapers? Arrow shirts, sold about 1800 dozen of them a year. Tapered, regular fit. Spread collars, button downs.

One season they had to bleed or you couldn't get laid in high school. Went along with the fad of switching fruit loops (the hanger tabs on the backs of shirts). ow mothers ever put up with the fad of bleeding Madras I'll never know.

Leisure suits. Wasn't a bad idea. Went with picture print shirts, white shoes and belts. Great for the country club set but the migration to the work place didn't fare so well.

Eyep, I sold all that shit. Sold a lot of it. Got a real nice piece of tail because of a powder blue leisure suit and white accessories. The Nehru jackets didn't work as well.
