Oh yes, I could tell you what my reaction was when I first heard the news, but I don't think it would be prudent to post it publicly. >:-{

I could also guess what Albert Yu's reaction might have been, but then again, he doesn't have much hair left on his head to pull out.

A year ago, I would have agreed with you. But Intel has lost most of its credibility with me. At each screwup, I think "Surely this time they will make some changes." Then the next one comes along.
Intel is rushing product out before it is ready. As long as they feel the need to be ahead in the speed race, nothing is going to change.
