Tim, I have to agree with you, but the 'bashing' stuff is mostly 'Auric'. Shorting is fine, I do it when the situation warrants, but I can't see the value in bashing people who happen to be long. If he were to visit these threads and simply say, "FWIW, I plan to short this stock for these reasons...." and stop there, he might earn more respect.
