Thanks for the Vix chart.
I noticed when it hit 18.06 today, it spiked out of there pretty fast. I sure looks like it is bottoming & wants to change direction. The 60 minute chart suggests one more try at 18, then up.

Very Interesting Charts on the VIX.

It appears that the 20 area is not as reliable as getting down into the 18 area..., as the NAS powered up thru many of those traditional reading areas of 20.

BTW, the dominant nas fork off 7/6 using the big spread that follows has a median line at 4065 on the day. A close below this median line suggests traders will see 3850 at some point soon.
