Sam,

mho : I would have thought that by now, everyone would have been pricing in only the potential dram licensing fees. My limited understanding of the industry told me that the true intel-rdr decoupling started to happen at least 3 months ago and that anyone still heavily in rmbs is aware that rdr is no longer a major factor in the price of rmbs.

The MU lawsuit may not succeed in invalidating the rmbs patents, so it's still not a certainty that the rush out the door is justified, but I don't think this is a buying opportunity. Hopefully, there's still some room for KEM, SNDK, CLS (ok maybe not CLS today) and SSTI to move (vbg, with fingers crossed), but I'm only into this buy and hold phase with 51% confidence anyway, so if your wednesday prediction happens, I'll be ready --- I have my trailing stop loss (automatic now since TDW now allows stop loss even on nasdaq).

This is a great site, and one doesn't have to be a day trader to appreciate it.
