RDRAM being 15-20% of memory shipments in 2001 is probably not even believed by Rambus, certainly I would be surprised to see even 10%. Please note that both Toshiba and Samsung have been downplaying the RDRAM ramp up.

P.S. I have just now noticed that I have repeatedly mispelt your tag as Jdassoc instead of Jdaassoc. I touch type, and the double a screws me up, but having noticed this, I'll be more careful in the future.
