You are right about the 10, 20 and 30% limits being set quarterly as absolute numbers and chickie doesn't KWTFHITA. -g-

I'm not sure they would open it the second day if the futures look crappy and there are a bunch of limits on them so not even sure we would know the extent of how bad it was. Of course this will never come to pass so I don't know why we are talking about it. -g-

Anything more than a 10% locklimit is foolish in my opinion.
