WOW Starfish, amazing. Don't let me talk you out of IMNU. You have been with it longer than I have been with IMCL. If you understand the company and see a viable potential of these wonderful drugs turning into a consistent revenue stream, then by all means hang on to them.
Remember Star, I said earlier I ALMOST never use stops. Will this is one of those exceptions. Assuming that you are now ready to give the government a whopping capital gain tax payment, set a fairly tight stop. Approximately 10-15%. If you do get hit, then you are only marginally worse off than you were today. If the company does have news pending, and continues its upward trek, simply readjust your stops, again, raising them with the 10-15% margin. (As you mentioned too, only do this with the number of shares you are willing to part with).
