I agree with you - it does not seem that the bad news has been leaking out this time. I have lost my faith in GLIA's management a few month ago and sold my shares. For me the case with the merger termination is pretty clear. GLFD's management didn't like what they saw when they investigated the company following the merger agreement and they didn't want to have the FDA mess spill over their turf. I can't blame them after being through the first FDA mess as a shareholder. Sorry for the negative sentiment but this has been one of my worst investment experiences in biotech land so far. Good luck!
