That's another thing. None of the 400MHZ UltraIIs in the Exodus environment had any problems. The problems were in less precise environments. --- Chip: My 'press release' came in the Q2 or Q3 earnings concall (most of us are SUNW investors here). In that conference call, Scott spoke to 'quality' and a very specific growing pain for Sun, and that was, throughout Sun's history, their average customer has been a gear head. Something isn't quite right with the Sun box, they take glee in ripping it apart and figuring out the problem. In the recent history, Sun's customer profile has changed dramatically. Thats a challenge for Sun and Sun management was extremely forthcoming about it. -JCJ
