I suppose your argument is trivially correct if you define "excessive royalties" as "greater than zero."

There is no such thing as an antitrust claim for "excessive royalties"; stop playing lawyer and go to bed. As for the a.m. selloff, never fight Zeev when he says sell (though I did end up beating him in our "second short squeeze" argument - miracles happen). The Bus will decline tomorrow.
