In pre-season, the bucs have not stopped the run up the middle. This is interesting to me, because I've always thought the weakness of the Bucs' D was to a power running game between the tackles. That was how the Raiders smoked the Bucs last year, 45-0. Then the Glazer powers-that-be cut Culpepper Are you saying this was not a Dungy move?!? It certainly was a shock to GMs around the NFL. Tom

Interesting on the Bucs from today's paper: After being six points from the SB last year, they have 10 new starters, compared with who started 1st game last season (7 on offense). Position/Last Year/This Year WR/Emanuel/Johnson LT/Gruber/Pierson RT/Diaz/McDaniel C/Mayberry/Christy RT/Odom/Wunsch WR/Anthony/Green QB/Dilfer/King RDE/White/Jones NT/Culpepper/McFarland MLB/Nickerson/Duncan I would rate 6 of the 10 improvements; 3 downgrades; 1 to be determined. Then you add in a new offense coordinator, who knows whats going to happen this year? Yes, Sapp has put on a few, but I wouldn't call him slow. John
