Well, Deutsch is apparently no ones "favorite son" with either DOD or the intelligence community. He has been considered extremely arrogant and often deprecatory towards others, according to reports.

But I'm not sure criminally prosecuting him is the answer. He has been stripped of his clearance, and there is no evidence I have heard of with regard to whether he was deliberately passing information to anyone.

Although negligent mishandling of classified material can be criminally prosecuted, it seldom is. Generally, there must be a suspicion that there was intent to distribute to others, such as in the Wen Ho Lee case (which I really don't care to discuss in depth as that "row" has already be "hoed").

Deutsch was merely be his normal "superior" and arrogant self. We really should prosecute those who put him in that office... Ooppss.. people are already investigating the guy at 1600 Penn Ave.. Gonna be tough to fit any new investigation into the schedule.. All booked up.. :0)
