And another: MSFT got sued by the United states of America and is surviving quite well (wait until the case goes to an appeal court and the government gets bounced out on its ass). This is just one company suing another after RMBS has already secured patent agreements with others. If you are long, deal with the pain and tuck RMBS away and don;t worry too much. We were in low 60's a couple of weeks ago and just recently popped above 90. RMBS will hold it's own. This is a legal issue, so don't spend too much time on this board fighting about it. If you believe in the company - buy it. If not-sell. MU sees the walls falling in around it so it hires some lawyer sharks. Let's see what happens.
