This is just a starting point so that all the people who want to sell can sell. I perceive a number of things here which make it very cloudy to make any kind of informed decision.
1. management stinks
2. reason for terminating the merger is not clear
3. PR release very ambiguous
4. Lawsuits?
Based on the above why do I want to invest in GLIA? Please someone convince me!

Torben,
we need to see if we can track down the FDA letter. The scarry thing is the letter concerns the data on the Adcon L trial. This could range from stuff they have an acceptable answer to, or it could throw the whole adcon franchise into question.
Companies do not exercise MAC clauses lightly. This management team must go.
