The million was loaned from WV or GC and has to be paid before the shares are free to trade,(I guess), but I would think with the all stock deal to acquire this company and the new equity financing I don't see any urgent need to sell the shares. It would seem to me that these two businesses complement one another very well. The big question now is earnings, when and how much? Certainly the sector is one that has a bright future. Lynx
