The latter seems unlikely since I recall reading/hearing that SAV after approval were much lower than in trials (from perhaps a company release put out a number of months ago)?

P.S. I have to concede that Rick was right; Gliatech management is awful. I underestimated how much of a difference that would make; I was wrong.
