Scumbria, Excuse me, I forgot for a minute that only Rambus longs are entitled to an opinion. ;^) No, anyone can have an opinion. We just have the correct ones <VBG>. I asked because I believe that Tate probably had numerous conversations with his lawyers before he made that statement, and that he wouldn't have made it if there were any legal danger in taking that stance. My understanding of antitrust law is that you basically have to be fair with whoever you do business, but that you don't have to do business with anyone you don't want to (except in very rare, monopolistic cases usually more at an industry level than a company level). So I asked you that question to understand whether you had more knowledge about antitrust law than I do. Dave
