If Nigera had any spare oil, they would already be pumping it. Heck, if I had a barrel of oil in the barn, I would load it up and take it to the local refinery for $33. I might even go drain the oil out of my tractors for $33 a barrel <g>.

Clinton is the ultimate polititian, but look who he has advising him on oil prices. I'm willing to bet the president is no expert and Richardson has proven that he's inept on more than one occasion. As long as Clinton APPEARS that he's trying he's done his job. He can always blame it on EVIL OPEC.
