connected to the customers in systemic real ways. ... , instead of to the government funding sources In this state the funding comes from the local property taxes, so the customers are connected in real ways to the people residing near the schools and voting on the tax rates and school boards. The only federal funding goes to school-lunch discounts for qualified students. Your voucher scheme is just a money grab by con artists under the guise of helping some other poor child. TP
