lawsuits have become passe IMO they are a dime a dozen nowadays whenever a company stock dives ... the bloodsuckers come out in force ... do the shareholders recoup? not often ... and when they do .. the recoup is so minimal ... as not worth the bother I know this ... as I have dozens of them in a junk file folder mostly it is the bloodsucking attys that profit on these lawsuits I did take profit only because it has run up nicely from the teens will re-enter in portions as it dips
