good point..25% is more than we can ever hope for. excellent job on the smokes..I think you've learned something..and that would be: 1)You have much more will power and motivation than you thought possible 2)smoking is a sucky worthless habit that really is a HABIT..not a pleasure congrats having been a smoker for 20 years until a little over a year ago I wish I could shake all the young people I see lighting up and knock some sense into them...and I do try almost every time I see one, but I have somewhere along the way become one of the old farts who is considered out of touch with coolness in their eyes..I won't stop though hassling them though..it's my job as a dad now to tell my story and hope they listen
