I bought a company yesterday mctr for those reasons, just like crds its broken... most broken companies are at the end of their business cycle not the beginning so why not take the gamble

I think that CRDS is a good acquisition prospect

Is this based solely on them trading at around 5 percent of the 52 wk high or is there something about their fundies or technology that you think makes them particularly attractive to somebody???

The class action wolves are circling the carcass on CRDS, as you probably know .....
