Bob, You've probably seen TED's posting of this link about how Oracle is giving away parts of its CRM pachage to get people hooked: news.cnet.com We all know what a charitable soul Larry Ellison is. Of course he expects to make a lot of money from this. Let's face it, he has a better marketing track record than EXLN does. I really think that, particularly with a product whose USP (Unique Selling Proposition) is its technical excellence, the best way to sell it is to put it in the hands of people who can appreciate it.
