Bidder, here is the 10QSB. I got side tracked getting this to you yesterday. Nothing to rah, rah about just yet on the financials. The good thing VITC has going for it right now; very, very, little overhead. They need to generate very little revenue to even break even. They get the funding, which I anticipate they will be getting their first installment soon; which will begin to help them generate some serious revenue. The company is not going to dilute their float with free trading shares to do their funding. It will be in restricted stock. GAWD, WHERE IS MY GRAMMER TEACHER WHEN I NEED HER?
