Here is a summary on PR and rumours.
Several weeks ago, NETP IR informed our own Bernie in an e-mail that it was talking to 7 analysts interested in initiating coverage. In that e-mail NETP set out its new PR program.

(1) A 6 city road show for institutions with CFO (CEO attending two of them). This tour was done in the two weeks leading up to 2Q results and caused a pop in the stock price into which Vulcan Ventures sold.

(2) 17th August Meeting with Analysts (Webcast live). Well received, caused Hidden Assets report and one reiteration.

(3) Attendance at various investor meetings (there are two hosted by brokerage houses this month - see web site).

(4) Another road show on the West Coast - not yet done.

(5) Other Meetings with Analysts - not yet done.

In the CC and web site there were the following announcements:

(6) Personalisation Summits in London - next week, San Fransisco in November and Asia in the Fall (date not announced).

(7) Webcasts and seminar series in different locations on NETP products. See web site.

(8) New PR writers to be hired. Since then an additional PR/Media post has been advertised.

Additionally:

(8) Also in an e-mail to Bernie and in another to me, NETP IR several weeks ago said that as a result of their attendance at a large investor meeting in San Fransisco in April/May they learned that many institutions were interested in NETP as an investment but wanted to wait till the end of the summer to be sure that a bottom had been formed in the sector and the stock.

(9) NETP IR have advised in the e-mail to Bernie that even those analysts who intend to intiate coverage take between 1-2 months to prepare and some of them would have waited for the Meeting with Analyst on 17th. Posters are hearing rumours to the effect that (a) 30 buy and sell side analyst attended the meeting (b) one or more large brokerage houses are to initiate coverage in the near future.

I would add to this list, the appoitnment of Moser to COO which effectively gives the company a new and more dynamic spokesperson to the investment community. Decision to let the management team speak instead of relying on Snyder and Larsen.
