LD: The TRIN tells you that the Nasdaq was not under strong accumulation as the up/down vol was not much better than the a/d. We closed at only 4/3 up/down vol, so there is a possibility that there was more distribution than accumulation. Nasdaq did close near the highs of the day, but resistance is at 4097/4094, which needs to be taken out on Wednesday, otherwise, the risk increases for a decline.
