Yeah, yeah. When Rambus filed against Infineon, Rambus right away said they were "back in negotiations", and Infineon said "see you in court". Who to believe? On the general veracity issue, we have the last Rambus "triumph", the Oki deal, to look back on. Want to tell Jim Kelley how much luck graphics people would have getting DDR memory from Oki? Or drdram for that matter? Oki might actually have a few obsolete SDRAM parts in their catalog, I couldn't say.
