Tom... et al As the their filing, they are work harder than you know. They have engage the services of Tamp Bay Financial (specifically, Craig Hall CHall@tbfcorp) to do the audtid and file the necessary documents to achieve this. From information gleaned in this process, they have already estimated that the current value of the firm at around $200 million or 74 cents/share. As to t he issue of too many outstanding shares, I agree with you wholeheartedly, especially considering that the float is LESS than 50% of the shares. As to them being bought out, Dr. Frudakis made it quite clear to me that in his opinion, that is not an option. Also note that that even if someone should aquire ALL the outstanding shares, they would not have control of the company. Mickey
