Race Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring

GOLDEN, Colo., Aug 29, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- American Millennium Corporation,
Inc. (OTCBB:AMCI) announced today that General Motors Corporation (NYSE:GM) has
purchased AMCI's satellite-based systems for tracking and messaging for GM's
race vehicles running the Baja 1000 annual off-road race event this November
along Mexico's Baja Peninsula.

AMCI VP of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer Bruce R. Bacon said, "For
the Baja application, the Desert Proving Grounds (DPG) Group will utilize AMCI's
technology to communicate directly with the race vehicle's drivers and track
their location. The DPG support staff can view the vehicle's location on a map
and engage in messaging with the vehicle occupants."

Andrew F. Cauthen, President and CEO of AMCI noted, "We are pleased to have been
selected by GM for this application." Cauthen also commented, "While our
business model includes the sale, leasing or licensing of hardware and software,
the recurring revenue streams from software licensing and ongoing airtime
monitoring are major areas in which the Company is focusing. The recently
announced 1,000 VisTrac(tm) systems sold for truck fleet applications in Costa
Rica and Panama include ongoing revenues to be derived by AMCI's monitoring
services."
