You got me. I did get a little emotional in that last post to you. Sorry.

In 1996 at $4 a share, Sun was a $6 billion dollar company. Today it it a $200 billion dollar company.

3 splits ago, if Sun went up 10 points, that would add about $1.5 billion to the market cap.

After November's split, 10 points up will add more than $30 billion to the market cap.

I'm sorry you don't understand the numbers. But of course you were right in the past and will continue to be right and sun will just keep going to the moon and eventually get that $450 billion market cap?

Sun's only chance for a $450 billion market cap is if it happens this year. That's why I'm not short --- yet. My guess is some point this year or early next year Sun will hit it's all time high for the history of the company.

Next year the tough love starts. Things could change with an engineering miracle, but I doubt it. Just where is that Ultra Sparc III? The posters on this thread all promised me it would be out by now when I first brought up the issue back in April, it still ain't here.
