Why would anyone want 1,250,000 shares not registered for one year, that has a option in the agreement whereby the company can pay $1.00 a share and buy back the stock used to by this customer base???? Hmmmmmm makes one think that the insiders know the value of this will break over a buck first off and second it will not cause any dilution on paperwork to the company. For this deal they get the customers: <<< First, the acquisition of Beeper Boutique expanded our retail operations into Louisiana and greater Texas and added 20,000 new customers. >>>> Yes all 20,000 of them and that list was growing at about 500 to 800 new a month. It was all spelled out in the SEC, filing if you had a chance to read it. Should be on Yaahoo site under ATTP....
