The dorks on CNBC were just saying how we are setting up for a big move up if Friday's data is favorable..now I'm scared

New home sales were way high today compared to my guesstimate of the climate in California. Housing is setting up for a significant decline here after labor day, in fact its already down but hasn't shown up in the numbers yet. No matter what the numbers say, favorable or no this has to be the end of the rate hikes... I'm hoping...
