Scumbria

Scumbria is actually mackeral.

Sardine...mackeral, they're close...at least I got the fish part right. Probably mackeral are smarter than sardines, huh?

I was happy to see that INTC did better than AMD today, but rather disappointed to see that RMBS was not able to top AMD as well.

Maybe tomorrow....RMBS investors got confused today when they found out that RMBS did not initiate the lawsuit...they weren't sure if that meant it was a buy or a sell....

Delivering the top performance product in a high margin market, while your competitors are failing and blowing their credibility, is a sure recipe for disaster.

Actually, there are some who believe that its because Sanders heads the company...he may have to be sacrificed to save the stock.

I'm surprised that Rambus being sued against their slim hope of leeching off royalties on other peoples products didn't bring their stock up a good 10%.

Like I said, RMBS investors were confused today...they were not sure with this suit if RMBS is the leechee or leecher! They usually buy when RMBS is the leechee and sell when RMBS is the leecher; however some investors always assume, and rightly so, that RMBS is the leechee and always buy.

Failure is not being rewarded consistently by the stock market, and success is not being consistently punished. The Feds need to look into this consistency.

In the end failure and success will both get their just desserts.
