Thanks for the links.

I bookmarked them after a brief browse and will return to them soon. The Equity Analytics, Ltd site looks very informative (just what I was looking for). I will probably be spending a lot of time there in the next few days.

My interest in SUNW is related to its appearance on the Fasting Growing Companies screen. I currently have a position in SUNW and with its recent run-up I was wondering whether I should continue holding or exit.

Based solely on my fundamental analysis, I would probably be exiting the stock here. But when it showed up on the screen I decided to take look closer. Since I can not value SUNW based on their fundamentals, I am now trying to read their charts looking for technical signals.

From my reading, it looks like SUNW broke out of a cup and handle with strong volume in late July. The cup starts in early April and completes in mid June. The handle starts in mid June and end mid July. Volume was strong on the break out and SUNW has since risen over 25% in just under 6 weeks.

The run up has been on falling volume and I am wondering if it will now go through a period of consolidation or keep on running. I sense that it might pull back to the low-mid $100s, but if the market continues in an upward trend, why wouldn’t SUNW follow, or lead?

I would like to hear your analysis of SUNW’s chart. I'm still a learner.

B.K.
