Donald, at times the hype drives the market especially when there is so much exposure as a program like CNBC has. I saw this going the other way in mid-April. The hype becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. It is hard to buck the "trend". Follow the trend on a short term basis and be ready to push the button when it turns -- it will turn but maybe not when we expect as I think we are finding here. You TA guys are good but I think some dynamics have come into play from all the hype which is stalling the sell-off. It is hard to keep the faith being bearish when you see your positions loosing day after day. Time to forget position trades --- go for the short term and scalp what you can then jump in with a vengence when it breaks down. GH
